This photograph belongs to a sequence of mainly three iconic images made by placing a camera at the top of the rocket’s launch tower by the famous photographer RALPH MORSE. July 16, 1969. Slightly later chromogenic print on “THIS PAPER MANUFACTURED BY KODAK” paper. NASA logo and typed caption on verso. 25.5 x 20.2 cm with margins.
